Kritical's Defensive Driving School Ltd.
Welcome to Kritical's Defensive Driving School. By booking, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any lesson, package, road test service, or training activity with Kritical's Defensive Driving School Ltd., all clients agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
These fees cover scheduling, instructor allocation, administrative processing, and operational costs already incurred by the company.
Refunds may only be considered for the unused portion of a package.
Once a client has used, attended, or completed 50% or more of any package, the package becomes fully non-refundable.
Completed lessons are calculated using the school's standard individual lesson rate and not discounted package rates.
3 Months
Validity Period
All packages are valid for three (3) months from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated in writing by management.
Unused lessons remaining after the expiration period may become forfeited without refund, credit, transfer, or extension.
Extensions are granted strictly at management's discretion.
24 Hours Notice
Minimum Required
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Weather Conditions
Mechanical Issues
Instructor Illness
Emergencies
Safety Concerns
Operational Requirements
Where lessons are rescheduled due to the above, lessons will be rescheduled or credited only.
The school reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where a student:

Kritical's Defensive Driving School Ltd. does NOT guarantee:
Student success depends on: attendance, effort, practice, comprehension, and individual performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, Kritical's Defensive Driving School Ltd., its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
Delays
Cancellations
Government Scheduling Issues
Weather Interruptions
Traffic Conditions
Mechanical Failures
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Jamaican law.
By making payment, booking lessons, enrolling in a package, or participating in any service provided by Kritical's Defensive Driving School Ltd., the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
